Advice anyone?

Hey guys! So I’ve currently been thinking, and I really want to try to lose some weight and get fit! I mean, I’m happy with myself, but I could be happier ya know? So my question for you guys is do you have any tips on getting in shape and losing weight? Or just any tips on how to motivate yourself to keep up with workouts? I just need help honestly lol. I’ve never been a fitness person, never played sports in high school, no athletics classes, nothing like that. I’ve always been on the heavy side and I’m ready change that! I know its going to be a long and slow process, but I need to really commit! I’ve told myself and tried multiple times to stick with a workout schedule or diet but its so difficult for me! I jus need the motivation and someone there to tell me what to do, but I cant afford to pay for a personal trainer and I don’t like working out in gyms :s I’m so much more comfortable at home, but I need help! I honeslty wanna drop a good 60 pounds of weight. Should I set such a big goal right off the bat?  Or break it off into a bunch of little goals?? Gah I have no idea how to even start this journey! If anyone has any tips, advice, suggestions, etc., for me, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you loves!
